The way a sparkling water tap works is incredibly straightforward. To enjoy sparkling water directly from the tap, all you need is the visible sparkling water tap and an additional under-sink unit (also called the base unit) connected to your water supply. This unit can be easily tucked away in a kitchen cabinet, under the counter, or even in an adjacent room.
The under-sink unit filters and chills the tap water. Besides the filter, it can also be equipped with a CO₂ cylinder, so there’s no need for a separate sparkling device taking up space on your countertop or worktop. The carbonation is strong enough to easily make spritzers, ensuring nothing stands in the way of your refreshing sparkling water enjoyment.

For the catering industry:
Taps like our C9 Firewall and C9 Steel Firewall models are especially well-suited for busy catering environments. We understand that the catering industry can be hectic, with many guests needing service at once. That’s why multiple taps provide maximum flexibility. The Top Control model also features a drip tray that connects directly to the wastewater line for easy cleanup.
For businesses:
Our sparkling water taps are perfect for business settings. They can be integrated directly into the sink, eliminating the need for a separate water dispenser in the kitchen. These taps save space and give your kitchen a sleek, modern look. Our 7Touch and T5 models are ideal choices for businesses. The 7Touch tap offers six different water options via its built-in touch panel, while the T5 uses intuitive tilting controls, letting you easily choose chilled, still, or sparkling water.
How much water you can carbonate with a CO₂ bottle depends on two things: the size of the bottle and how much CO₂ you use each time you carbonate. For example, a 2-kilogram CO₂ bottle can produce up to 300 liters of sparkling water from your tap. You can choose to replace the bottles yourself or have us take care of it during regular maintenance, which is included in the rental price.
Prices vary widely depending on the type and features of your tap. At Culligan, you can enjoy healthy tap water starting from just €1.90 a day.
