Installation and Setup
How is the Culligan Purity installed?
Culligan experts take care of everything. From start to finish, our certified technicians
manage the entire installation process, ensuring that your system is set up correctly,
tested, and ready for use.
What are the requirements for installation?
You’ll need access to a water supply and a standard power outlet to install your Culligan
Purity. A small amount of space around the unit is required for ventilation and routine
maintenance. Additional details are available in the user manual, but we’ll go over
everything with you before installation to make sure your space is ready.
Are there location requirements for installation?
For optimal performance, the Culligan Purity should be installed indoors, close to a potable
water source and power supply. If a drainage point is needed for wastewater, our experts
will help determine the proper location.
How much does the Culligan Purity cost?
Pricing for Culligan Purity depends on the model you choose and the specific needs of your
workplace. Schedule a free consultation and a Culligan expert will recommend the right
solution for your team, your space, and your budget.

Troubleshooting
Water isn’t dispensing. What should I do?
Start by checking a few basics: make sure the unit is plugged in, the power is on, the water
supply is connected, and the tubing isn’t kinked. If everything looks right and the issue
continues, refer to the user manual or contact our support team for additional help.
Why does the water taste different?
A slight change in taste is normal right after installation or a filter replacement. Run a few
liters through the system to flush out any residual taste from the cleaning process. If the
issue persists, contact our support team and we’ll help resolve it.
Is it normal for the cooler to make noise?
You may hear occasional sounds during heating or cooling. If the noise is loud or doesn’t stop,
it could be time for maintenance. In this event, reach out to our support team for help.
